Scott Conway

Founder and CEO

Scott built his career on a passion for operations management and a commitment to playing an integral role in establishing an organizational culture of excellence.


With over 25 years of combined experience leading operations, specializing in technology, finance, process improvements, metrics, and multiple aspects of human resources, he has succeeded by having a roll up your sleeves mentality and a vision to never settle. He has thrived on the daily challenges that keep business moving forward. Impacting profitability, productivity and performance through the skillful combination of managerial direction, operational development and hands-on leadership is one of the many ways he has contributed to the success of his employers. 

 

Scott attended Lehigh University for Engineering and Temple University for Statistics and Marketing.  He earned his Masters from the University of Maryland in Strategic Management and Marketing.  He later returned to Maryland to earn his MBA in Technology and Operations Management.  He also has graduate certifications in Market Research and International Marketing to go with his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (LBBP), Six Sigma Champion Certified (SSCC), and Ubiquiti Unifi Network Specialist & Solar Specialist.

This driven mentality has spilled over to his personal life as well. He has completed thirteen Ironman Triathlons (140.6/70.3) and the Spartan Trifecta twice. He is three-time USA Triathlon National Champion as well as a two-time Ironman All-World Athlete and a member of Team USA qualifying for the world championship in 6 different events.  He also participates in numerous volunteer boards and commissions at the local and state level involving recreational and environmental causes. 

Currently, he is a coach for the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill women's rugby program.  He was elected to the board of the Carolinas Geographic Rugby Union as the Vice President of Communications and Operations and is currently the President.  He is also the Commissioner of CRAA D1 women's rugby spring while on the Senior Club Council and CRAA women's executive leadership board.
